Don't tell my surgeon, but yesterday I climbed stairs. All of them. The grand staircase at the San Diego Convention Center has 100 steps. It's steep and seems to go on forever. Why ? To get to the other side, of course. The other side of the convention center that is. The only problem is to get to the other side you have to climb over the building.

The Climb is Not Easy

Not just talking about stairs here. We are talking about your business. As you start fixing to think about your plan for the rest of the calendar year it's tempting to avoid the climb and look for an elevator. Chances are, it's broken so you are going to climb those stairs anyway. My advice today is simple. Pay no attention as Summer recedes in your rear view mirror.
