I could have used some help yesterday from Pat Sajak, the host of the long running TV game show Wheel of Fortune. What I really needed was a consonant, an "s" to be exact. It appears I wrote contact when I meant contacts. My client, good friend and business etiquette sentinel Lydia Ramsey brought it to my attention as soon as it was published. "It's a shame I couldn't have caught it before everybody else". Well apparently you can Lydia. I just created a duplicate email broadcast campaign in MailChimp. Duplicate with the exception of who gets it and when. This new campaign is sent to only a small group of trusted advisers two hours ahead of my subscribers. It gives us time to look at from the subscribers perspective.
